Brandon Alexander Villarreal

Brandon Alexander Villarreal (he/him) is a multimedia communications professional and artist who has worked as a video & podcast producer for Houston Public Media and Columbia University School of Professional Studies. Brandon spent two years in the Dominican Republic as a Peace Corps volunteer, where he co-led an environmental youth group.

Brandon received a Bachelor of Arts in Media Production from the University of Houston and a Master of Science from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, where his multimedia reporting focused on science, climate change & resiliency, and communities of color.
