Submit a Complaint to the TCEQ

If you notice or suspect a chemical emission or pollutant in the air, ground, or water, you have the right to file a complaint with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), the agency responsible for monitoring and enforcing pollution standards on chemical facilities.
